Lenders typically require the following:

  • 2012 and 2013 Income Notice of Assessments - NOA’s for short.
  • 2012 and 2013 T4A Cpp statements.
  • 2012 and 2013 T4A Oas statements.
  • Last 3 months bank statements confirming 3 months deposits for Cpp, Oas and work pension if applicable.                                                                                                                                                                       (Online statements are fine)
